Are your watches water resistant?

Yes, our watches are water resistant to 10ATM of pressure which is suitable for activities such as doing the dishes, showering and swimming. However, we don't recommend purposely wetting the leather straps as excessive water will damage the leather and reduce it's lifespan significantly.

Do you get two straps with the watch?

Yes, every Tyrfing watch comes with a BONUS metallic Milanese mesh strap along with your selected leather strap.

Are your straps interchangeable?

Yes, we pride on our interchangeable straps, so much so that we give you 2 straps with every purchase to really give you the freedom to wear it your way. The straps can easily be changed without using any tools, please take a look at our Instructions to see how it is done.

Do you sell additional or replacement straps?

Yes, we offer a complete interchangeable watch and strap solution that'll allow you to swap your look at the flick of a switch. This will let you have a fresh look with the same watch as the seasons change.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

What are your delivery charges?

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders.
  • Delivery to the USA, Canada & New Zealand is a flat rate of $10 AUD per item.
  • The rest of the world is a flat rate of $20 AUD per item.
  • Express options available at double the cost.

Duties & Taxes:

All orders destined within Australia are charged Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% of the total order value. Our prices have GST built-in and the value is noted on your order confirmation.

All orders outside of Australia DO NOT include the GST nor the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes that are applied by the destination country are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that Goods may be subject to inspection by your local customs office.

When can I expect my delivery?

We process and ship all orders placed before 12pm on weekdays (Mon - Fri) on the same business day from our Perth studio. Orders places after 12pm will be processed and shipped in the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day (Sat or Sun) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the next business day. There will be no processing or shipping during public holidays.

Expected Postage Durations:

  • Standard Australian Postage: Allow for 3-5 business days in metro areas, add up to 2 days more for rural areas.
  • Express Australian Postage: Allow for 1-3 business days in metro areas, add up to 1 day more for rural areas.
  • Standard International Postage: May vary depending on location and destination country's customs and postal service but generally takes between 2-3 weeks.
  • Express International Postage: May vary depending on location and destination country's customs and postal service but generally takes around 3-5 business days.

Please note: there may be shipping delays during peak sale and holiday periods such as Black Friday and Christmas so please plan ahead if you intend to purchase during the holiday seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries. Please note that all international addresses must be entered in English.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

HELP! I need to change / cancel my order

Please email us immediately at info@hervor.co or contact us via our fill in form with the subject title "CHANGE OF ADDRESS"/ "CANCEL MY ORDER".

Please provide your invoice number, and the new address. We will do our best to make the amendments before your order is despatched. Please note if your email is not titled correctly we can not guarantee your request will be caught before dispatch.

Do you accept the return or exchange of sale items?

We do not accept returns on sale items for change of mind. We will only accept a refund on faulty items.

Warranty

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty for Hervor products is 12 months from the date of purchase (date disclosed on the order confirmation or proof of purchase). However, we will be lenient if a fault arises around the 13 month period, please contact us to discuss.

What does the warranty not cover?

Please note that the warranty does not cover used/expended batteries or normal wear and tear of the case, crystal or straps.

The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non observance of the directions provided by Hervor.

Water damage is not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water.

How do I make a claim?

Please notify us by writing to info@hervor.co or via our contact us page. Your email must contain the following information:

  • your full name
  • your order number, order confirmation, receipt or proof of purchase (attached as PDF or scan)
  • the fault/reason to be eligible for an exchange

We will process your claim within 5 working days and get back to you regarding your claim and organise an exchange.
